VAIX builds AI for online gambling operators and is now part of the Sportradar group. Its models plug into an operator's front end and CRM. The products cover sports personalization, casino personalization, marketing insights, chat management and responsible gambling.

The company states its scale in numbers: more than 231 billion transactions processed, 66,000 models trained, and 163m users across its operators. It says integration takes days and needs little work from the operator's tech team.

Napoleon Games launched sports and casino personalization with VAIX, and a deal with Corredor Empresarial brings it to BetPlay. VAIX was also shortlisted in two EGR B2B Awards categories.
