About AD4REV
AD4REV is a performance marketing network for publishers and advertisers. Gambling is one of many verticals. Others include sweepstakes, dating, credit card submits, insurance, loans, crypto and streaming.
Publishers choose an offer, ask for approval and send traffic to the campaign link. Payment is per target action, which depends on the offer. Pricing types include CPS, CPL and CC submit. SmartLinks route traffic to a matching offer automatically.
Payments are weekly, and all GEOs and devices are accepted as long as the source is legal and not on the banned list. The company lists an address in the UAE.
For gambling traffic, ask which direct casino or betting offers are active. The site does not name any.
