About 3SNET
3SNET is a CPA network that connects affiliates with gambling and betting advertisers. It works only with betting, gambling, poker, lotto and dating traffic.
Affiliates who are approved get access to hundreds of offers and a personal account manager. The sign-up form asks for verticals, traffic sources and three main GEOs. You may need to show stats or IDs from other programs. Fraud and incentivised traffic lead to a ban without payment.
Advertisers can apply too. They state the GEOs they need, the CPA rate and the paid action. The site runs in English and Russian and has a blog.
