IGA Group

IGA Group is an iGaming consultancy based in Malta. It works with gaming businesses that operate internationally, from start-ups to established groups.

Its licensing team handles the full process of getting and keeping a gaming licence, including talks with regulators. On compliance, it advises on AML and CFT, runs external AML audits and supports or shadows MLROs. It also covers tax, VAT and corporate structure.

An in-house development team gives technical advice and has built its own AML and platform tools, plus a blockchain-based KYC solution. A senior licensing officer speaks Mandarin, which helps clients from Chinese-speaking markets.
