The team deals with the regulator for the client. With outside specialists, it can support IT infrastructure and compliance audits. It drafts platform and supplier agreements, IP and software licences, and staff contracts. It also handles gaming disputes.

Its updates track rule changes, such as the MGA's Capital Requirements Policy from July 2025. That policy requires licensees to keep positive equity, not just minimum share capital.
