Yggdrasil

Yggdrasil makes its own slots, including the long-running Vikings Go series, now in its ninth chapter. Many of its games use GEMs (Game Engagement Mechanics), its own set of features.

It also sells the tools behind those games. Game in a Box is a platform that covers every stage of making a slot, now open to its "master" partner studios. Studio in a Box goes further: it adds the platform, infrastructure and support needed to start a new studio from zero.

Partners use Source, a client portal, to see games, roadmaps, marketing material and performance data. Yggdrasil Gaming is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. If you plan to launch your own studio, ask who holds the licence for games built this way.
