QV Affiliates

QV Affiliates is the affiliate program of Caspo Ltd. Its terms cover casino and poker brands sold in regulated markets.

The terms are strict on where the brand can appear. In the UK, it cannot sit on a site that pushes non-UK licensed casinos to UK players. Swedish promotions must follow the Gambling Act (2018:1138) and local marketing guidelines. Ontario promotions must follow AGCO and iGaming Ontario standards.

CPA rules follow the source. Casino CPA is paid only for traffic from real casino websites. Poker CPA requires traffic from poker websites. Affiliates with mixed review sites should check that every listed brand carries the right country warnings.
