Bspin.io is a Bitcoin casino with a sportsbook. Its affiliate program pays lifetime revenue share in BTC, based on what your players generate each month. The tiers are 20% up to 1 BTC, 30% between 1 and 2 BTC, and 40% above 2 BTC.

To join, you register and then email the affiliate manager for approval. Stats update in real time, with every spin counted. Payouts are made in the first week of each month, with a 50 mBTC minimum that rolls over.

Negative months are usually not carried over. The exception is when your players bet less than 1 BTC in total. Then the negative balance can follow you into later months.
